Excludes not working on Weblogic 8.1

Hey,

I have a set of excludes and none of the files are being excluded. DANG!! I=
f
I change <excludes> to <decorator name=3D"none"> then they are excluded.

Using Sitemesh 2.2.1, Weblogic 8.1 sp4, Java 1.4

It's driving me mad, anyone else seen this behavior?
