If you are going to release a 2.0.2 and not fix the tomcat issue, at least
update the sample application so it does not show this bug right away.  This
way "new" tomcat users can see that sitemesh does something useful. 
Otherwise, a new user might show sitemesh the trash can, if the first thing
the demo does is blow up.

I know that we haven't fixed the Tomcat problem yet, but I feel like we
should do this for SiteMesh 2.1. Meanwhile there have been quite some
improvements and updates to SiteMesh to validate 2.0.2. If everyone agrees
I'll release next weekend.
