Re: sitemesh 2.0.2

Hani wrote a document on the wiki I think about how to make a release I 
believe. 2.0.2 is a fine version #.

I think the only issue with the example application is to change the 
.html files to .jsp for now and check that the example WAR deploys on 
Tomcat.

PS The SiteMesh session at TSS is in 90 minutes, but hopefully the 
slides will be on the TSS Wiki soon afterwards for everyone to use / 
abuse / embrace :)
