Fwd: sitemesh 2.0.2

Normally I would make a release, but there is still a i18n issue on 
newer Resin versions. I'm waiting for Scott to rollback or fix it.

Also, the Velocity and FreeMarker support hasn't been widely tested, 
and velocity should be upgraded to version 1.4 and tested (currently 
1.3.1).

PS making a release is pretty easy...just up version in 
build.properties, commit, tag cvs, ant dist, create a new java.net 
folder, upload it there, announce it, release it in JIRA.
