'pydo' as package name for PyDO2

In keeping with the PEP 8 recommendation of having package names in 
lower case, I'd like to suggest renaming the 'PyDO2' package name to 
'pydo' while it's still in alpha. The latter would still be distinct 
from the package name used for PyDO 1, so allowing both to be installed 
at the same time.
