There is no binary package available, but if you have cygwin you can install it from source. Your mileage may vary; people have reported problems getting it to work (although the one time I tried it worked for me, several years ago). I assume that the cygwin fork() implementation is slow, so if you recycle your procs frequently, there may be a performance impact there.
