PyDO 2.0b0 now available

I've just released PyDO 2.0b0:

Calling this release "beta" means that the api has stabilized and that
there is increasing confirmation that the library works as expected.
The primary focus of this release is the test suite; various bugs have
been found by it and subsequently fixed.  I expect this emphasis to
remain until 2.0 final; the other main development work that would be
nice would be more driver development, but as there is a limit to what
I can do there myself, I'm grateful to any efforts made by others to
write or test drivers.
