The solution is to use skunkweb-3.4.0 final, not the beta.  You are
probably using the beta because there is an rpm hanging around for it
and no one made one for 3.4.0; sorry about that, you'll have to
install it from the source tarball.  If someone makes an rpm I'll put
it up on sourceforge.
