Proposal: Generate FormEncode schema from DB constraints

What do people think about the idea of adding to the PyDO API a method
that would return the constraints on a table expressed as a FormEncode
schema? One use for this would be in an overridden _validateFields,
when we want to catch any constraint violations ourselves rather than
leaving it to the database to complain. If there is support for the
idea, I'll make a stab at it some time.
