SMIL21: focusInEvent vs DOMFocusIn, etc

Dear Synchronized Multimedia Working Group,

  SMIL 2.1 notes in several places that focusInEvent is DOMFocusIn in
DOM Level 2 Events (and similar for DOMFocusOut, DOMActivate); this is
a bit misleading, they are actually quite different, focusInEvent does
not bubble, while DOMFocusIn does bubble. They may be other differences
aswell, but this seems to be the most obvious. Perhaps the DOM Level 2
references should be removed, or the relationship be explained better.
