Incorporating Live TV into a SMIL presentation

Hi ,
I am working with SMIL for the last couple of days. Is it possible to incorporate Real Time Live Cable TV or any S- video inputs recieved via a TV tuner card into a SMIL presentation. If it's possible then what is the way of doing it.
