Some test case files for SMIL 2.1 refer to broken (?) DTDs and namespace

Hello,

While trying some SMIL 2.1 files to add to the Markup Validator's
catalogue and test suite today, I noticed that a few of the files in
the SMIL 2.1 test suite have some apparent mistakes: they are using a
reference to a DTD that does not exist, and also (it seems) use the
wrong xmlns.

Is that on purpose, or should it be fixed?

I couldn't find any working sample of SMIL 2.1 Extended Mobile, would
you be able to send me a couple, or a pointer to them?

Thanks!
