[SMIL30 LC comment] small link error in MediaAccessibility

Dear SMIL working group,

there is a small linking error in the definition of the "alt"  
attribute[1] in the MediaAccessibility module.

In the sentence:
"alt may be displayed in addition to the media"

...the 'alt' text is a link that points to the "abstract" attribute.
