[Timesheets LC comment] Format of LC Comments?

Hi, SYMM WG-

The SVG WG has reviewed the SMIL Timesheets specification, and has 
several comments, which we are preparing to send.  We wondered if you 
would like them in a single email, or if you'd like them broken down by 
section or type?
