Missing prefix in examples

Within section 2.5 of http://www.w3.org/TR/XHTMLplusSMIL , shouldn't the 
2 examples with <animateMotion/> at least include a prefix like "smil:", 
since they are being included within an XHTML <div/> and since the 
earlier example defined a namespace for "smil:"?
