Alignement des labels avec la ligne d'input. Alignement des .choix également.

Deux cas problématiques :
- labels longs >= 2 lignes, avec input sur 1 ligne (bah le label parait excentré vers le bas)
- label + .explication (haute) + input : l'explication a un font-size différente et donc un padding différent (car en em).
