Pusher un tag

Bonjour,

suite à un petit fix sur facteur, j'ai créé hier localement un tag :
git tag -a v4.0.4 -m "Les sujets des mails peuvent désormais contenir des '?' même avec l'option 'convertir en iso'"
que j'ai ensuite pushé
git push
mais aprés 24h+ il n'est pas arrivé sur git.spip : https://git.spip.net/spip-contrib-extensions/facteur#

que faire ?
