Re: LaTeX output A4 or Letter, where to set in OSX?

I tried your solution, but the document is still printed in Letter 
format.  Very strange. I think in OSX user 'www' (apache) defaults to 
Letter Format. Format setting has always been a pain in the ass in OSX. 
I'll keep it with downloading the pdf file and then printing this, 
because this works OK.
