I would be interested in contributing here if you define the
interfaces in such a way that I could use Request Tracker instead
of SugarCRM.  I haved used both, and find RT to be far superior
for our needs.

I see a natural fit between SL and RT.

In particular: 

- time cards and project tasks, and

- acknowledgement auto-replies when invoices paid.
