problem with goods receipt

Dears,

I don't know if anyone else has the same problem as this in SL 2.6.9:
Make a sales order for 2 articles 1 piece for each one and save. 
When the goods are ready to be shipped, I go to shipping, then Ship, select
the sales order concerned, select the warehouse, ship 1 of each article, one
has a serial number and the other the serial number is NA (not applicable),
thus still empty, click Update and then Done, the order still appearing in
the list "Ship Merchandise" and when get back to the order via the order
entry -> Reports -> Sales Order to make the invoice than I see no good has
been shipped and I should fill the shipped quantity via the order and then
Sales Invoice.
Smometimes 1/2 is shipped and the other not, sometimes all items get
shipped...strange differents cases. This is not blocking because I can ship
from the order entry or nothing do and let it happened when I try to make
the sales invoice, but sometimes you shipp before the invoice, sometimes
partial shipping...
In the purchase and receipt, no problem and never was, everything is okay, I
think something broken in the src of the sales module ????

Is this bahviour solved in the version 2.6.10 ?
