I work for a company that handles the IT and Accounts for another company.
That other company is part of a group of companies in the textile industry.
There are over one hundred companies in the group.

I have started work on modifying sql-ledger to fit the needs of the
accountants that handle the accounts. I have added segment support to allow
creating account structures, foreign currency support in the general ledger
(journal?) and more still to go. SL is the closet thing in the open source
world at the moment from which I can start.

I hope this helps you.

Christopher
