Ship to / Inventory description

1.) Is there a way to enter ship to information on PO, If I want to have it drop-ship my order I would be nice to be able just click on the list of customer and select on. 2.) Is there a way to have different description when for PO and different for Sales orders. For example I would like to include Venter Part Number but I don't want to show this number on the Sales Order.
