Dataset Upgrade Problems

I moved my 1.8.0 data onto a new server with a fresh install of 1.8.7. I 
did the Update Dataset operation but got "All Datasets up to date!" 
However when I try to log in I get "Error! Incorrect Dataset version!"

Please help!
