Rebooting system after installation

Hi,
I have successfully installed the sql-ledger accounting system into linux redhat 7.1.
But soon after i have to reboot the system and when i tried to go to login.pl page. I was returned this error.
The requested url /localhost/sql-ledger/login.pl was not found on this server.

Can anyone tell me what had happen?
