A couple RFEs and a hint

I'm playing with the LaTeX templates now, to make them look a little
better given the information I have. It'd be nice if my e-mail address
were available in the templates, so it could be used in an invoice
header (it may be, but I don't see it in the manual). It would also be
nice to be able to include an URL in the company header; I'm currently
using the fax field, since I don't have a dedicated fax line, but this
might not work for others. (It's also nicer with varying-length fields
to align them left, so anyone doing this himself might want to change
the line:

    \begin{tabular}[b]{rr@{}}

to

    \begin{tabular}[b]{rl@{}}
).

Also, here's a nano-HOWTO for others who might want to make the invoice
work with a windowed envelope but might be afraid of mucking with LaTeX:

Prepend the command '\hspace{2cm}' to this section:

<%name%>

<%addr1%>

<%addr2%>

<%addr3%>

<%addr4%>

Like this:

\hspace{2cm}<%name%>

\hspace{2cm}<%addr1%>

\hspace{2cm}<%addr2%>

\hspace{2cm}<%addr3%>

\hspace{2cm}<%addr4%>

You might need to adjust the size; the '2cm' above is it. You might
need to adjust the '\vspace' line above too, so it lines up correctly in
the window.
