Squid-2.6.STABLE17 available

The Squid Web Proxy developers are pleased to announce the availability
of the Squid-2.6.STABLE17 release. This release corrects several
bugs in the previous release.

All users are recommended to schedule an upgrade to this release at a
convenient time.

The most important changes in the Squid-2.6.STABLE17 release are:

  * A temporary memory leak during cache updates has been fixed
  * A port of the radius authentication helper from Squid-3.0
  * More portability and documentation fixes

In addition there is numerous minor bugfixes and improvements. For more
