When going to bugs.squid-cache.org, I get a message that MySQL DB is not 
accessible. And since there is no notification address on that page, 
forwarding here.

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'db:3306' (111)
   Is your database installed and up and running?
   Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving 
this error message and the time and date of the error.
