squid 6.13 debian package

Hello guys,

I am trying to manually backport squid-6.13 to Debian 12.

looks like newest squid-openssl Pre-Depends: on "squid"
however "squid" is in conflict with "squid-openssl"

Is this a bug in control package or did something change since 6.10
(which I backported successfully)
