When is the SVG 2.0 specification due to be finalized?

Hi,

As per the subject. Is there a date for the final specification for SVG2.0? I have checked the planning wiki but it doesn't have this information:

Also, are any browsers adopting the features of SVG2.0 as currently drafted?
