Testing and flags

I think it's a bit silly to have a flags section including
'svg' and 'namespace'; that doesn't really add any useful
info for SVG tests -- and they're also pretty easy for someone
to filter for using grep if there's a particular renderer that
*really* needs to know.

I think it would be a good idea to not bother with these flags.
