Installation is pretty much the same, if you've already compiled everything you've gotten past the worst part. My plan is to work more on usability with the next release. I've also been exploring a way to make a drag and drop install for OS X, I can make it work, just have to take the time to write a Cocoa wrapper for it. It won't use Apache, but it also won't require any other web server to be manually installed either.
