It's not too bad really.  I've written a little startup script to 
start/stop all or some named syncato instances and I'm on a dual 
processor machine so having them in separate processes probably isn't 
the worst thing in the world.  Once the multi-database changes land, 
perhaps I'll run it in a context of an existing webware and just have 
one instance for everything.  Until then, I'm happy.

I ran into a few things here and there that caused some installation 
headaches that maybe could be cleaned up in future releases.  I'm 
willing to lend a hand where possible, though my free time is likely to 
get sporadic too, now that I have an unplanned job.  The good thing is 
that I'll be working with XML so perhaps I'll be able to contribute 
more once I get up to speed.

The biggest problem that I ran into was the xerces-2.5.0 
ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException with dbxml-1.2.1.  I beat my head 
against this for a while before finding reference to it on the mailing 
list.  A brief mention of this in the README might save others some 
trouble.

Other than that, most issues were related to having multiple bloggers 
so I'll save those for later.
