I just saw your admin interface post, which has me thinking that one 
easy way to get the benefits of form entry for xml bibligraphic data on 
OS X might be to exploit TextServices.  I could have a series of 
completions that would insert the appropriate xml skeleton into the 
body of a "post" in Safari.  So, I type, say, "article," and it is 
expanded to have all the appropriate tags.

Not as ideal as a full-fledged form UI, but a lot easier to implement...
