Could you please define better what `doesn't work' means? What's the
output? Any error messages?  The problem is I'm running both of your
test cases successfully and their output is equal with the exception
that the IP url shows a slightly different page with one link more:

Maybe the problem is external to tclwebtest and related to your
platform|setup, like a DNS problem or something? I'm using Suse
Linux 8.1 here through company NAT+firewall.
