November heating oil, "Lel Bruce Peto" updating, screen traded with a 
whimper compared to gasoline, posting a 74.28cts gal settlement price, up 
1.61cts gal. December screen moved up 1.44cts to 74.9cts gal.  Group 3 high 
and low sulfur distillate prices gained 2.0cts gal - low sulfur X-grade to 
79.50cts and X-5 high sulfur to 74.75cts gal. Chicago distillate grades 
improved 0.75cts gal to 83.25cts gal. Both fuel oil grades are priced at 
8.35cts gal over December, as of 10-31-02..
