Matt - I run tailored UI and UCD courses in-house for organizations. They are usually cost-effective for 4 or more delegates. Some of the material is originally from commercial courses I ran for several years for a large UK training company. They are aimed primarily at application software design rather than web. On the usability side, Caroline Jarrett has been running a week-long training conference for the past couple of years, although I am sure she has material for in-house use too. Her web site is http://www.effortmark.co.uk This probably doesn't help if you are looking for a course for yourself. You might try the HCI2003 tutorials at Bath in a few weeks to see if there is anything there that's suitable (http://www.bcs-hci.org.uk/hci2003/confprog-tut.asp).
