I will if you can show me a mail order form that doesn't look like an
invoice<g>, but the latter two are also conceptually very different in
customers' minds. It isn't the detail or superficial similarity, it's
the concept and its context. A list of items, quantities and prices is
the content of a shopping cart if that is how it's presented (ditto with
a mail order form and an invoice). Metaphor should not be taken too
literally - it would be relatively pointless to show a user an image of
their virtual shopping cart with the virtual items inside it. A list
does just fine.
