Ralph - Most of the book _Object Modeling and User Interface Design_ (details below) addresses UCD, although several chapters deal specifically with UI design rather than the bigger picture. My chapter integrates UCD with use-case driven methods while my recent article for the Cutter IT Journal does a similar job for Agile processes such as XP. See the recent papers section of http://www.syntagm.co.uk/design/articles.htm IBM are also doing work in this area. http://www.ibm.com/easy is the home of "OVID" (Objects Views and Interaction Design) which is mentioned quite a bit in the OM & UID book. Also, IBM recently took over Rational Software whose RUP (Rational Unified Process) product includes some guidance on how to combine it with UCD. (It's a in a document that I wrote, found in Disciplines > Requirements > Concepts > User-Centered Design.)
