I have quite a few color blindness references in the Color section of
the Web Design Reference site. You might also find Tools section
helpful.

The Web Design Reference is a huge mega-reference (over 3,000 links) of
information and articles about web design and development. The web site
and related listserv for site updates are advocates of accessibility,
usability, web standards, IA, and many related topics.
