because the spelling is actually wrong. The actual url is

1) cut and paste urls, rather than type them
2) if they aren't short, use makeashorter link
3) I don't find links in emails to pdf downloads very usable, therefore
here's a link to the page where the document is listed, and from where
you can see the context, and choose other documents if you wish
