CARD SORTING FOR NAVIGATION DESIGN, Thursday 8 June (afternoon) This half-day tutorial and workshop is focused on practical techniques for assessing and designing web site navigation using card sorting. It is an innovative approach that we have pioneered but the learning points can be applied to any card sorting method. The workshop allows participants to analyze, design and conduct open and closed card sorts of a high street web site.
