Agile UX: Conceptual Models

Most development teams wouldn't dream of building a system without at =
least a block diagram of its constituent components. Yet, this is very =
rarely done for the user experience - what are the main concepts in a =
system and how are they related? Users' conceptual models help the whole =
team to understand more about the mechanics of the user experience and =
give focus to the development effort.

originally conceived at IBM, called OVID - Objects, Views and =
