Dear all,

As the first usability center in China we have a lot to do in increasing the awareness of usability and UCD in such a big and rapidly developing country. I am now preparing a talk of this type to an information appliances manufacturer. For this purpose I need some statistical figures on information appliance usability. (We have had such figures for websites and software products, like just 42% of the users in average can find what they want on a commercial website and so on.) I would appreciate if anyone could please point me to the places for this kind of information. In addition, any concrete case studies on usability that could be used to convince Chinese industry of the benefits of usability engineering would also be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Zhengjie
