Terry,

RSD is designed to cope with change control and scope management as it
relies on iterations and the development of system units. Change of scope
will just mean that there is more or less modification to one of the units,
or additions of units, without affecting the whole system. The change
control aspect is always to difficult to manage, but we use methods of
requirements prioritisation and reprioritisation throughout the project that
cope with changes to requirements and various scope changes.

In actual fact, the RSD is a technical process that we have used for years,
and though very good, we are still trying to integrate more human-centred
design angles into it.

Regards,

Jason
