Great collection of links Anthony - thanks for posting them. I'll sift
through for "crunchy" stuff !

Isn't is strange though, that something that feels so intuitively correct
should be so hard to prove ? There is certainly literature there on how to
go about perfoming the ROI analysis, but surprisingly little that talks
about post-project measurement which validates the pre-project analysis.
Having a substantial body of case studies that unequivocably show the
benefit of UCD / Usability Engineering would surely be the easiest way to
sell into management / teams, so where are they all ?!
