New FLNX 0.17 Released

A new release of FLNX, version 0.17 (flnx-0.17.tar.gz), has been placed on the 
FTP site at ftp.viewml.com/pub/flnx. This release is currently identical to 
the FLNX CVS archive. This new version has been tested to work with the 
newly-released Microwindows 0.89 and ViewML 0.22. The following are the 
relevant ChangeLog entries:

- Added support for waiting on multiple file descriptors
- Fixed copy/cut/paste support, making the source as it was in the original
  FLTK
- Major fixes to indenting, making it much more consistent.
- Removed font hack needed for old Microwindows bug (setting background
  color for TT fonts before drawing.)
- Removed the "optimized" pixel draw routines in favor of having Microwindows
  figure out the palette changes.
- Removed special box types that didn't exist in real FLTK.
