error compiling viewml for strongarm (regarding html.cpp)

Hi! I have a new log file for my errors in compiling viewml for strongarm
(version 0.22)
Please see the following. I really need some help. I think the problem is
not with the libraries anymore but about some settings. I've attached here
the makeinclude file
