A Patch for compiling ViewML under gcc 3.0.4

Hi,
    Here's a patch against the CVS version of ViewML.
    This patch contains some modification to make ViewML build (without
warning/errors)
    under gcc 3.0.4 and the gcc libstdc++-v3, since they are more strictly
following the Standard.
    Virtually all modification I done is to deal with type problems &
namespace issue.

    Usage: gunzip the viewml.diff.gz, and go to your viewml directory, then:
            patch -p1 < (path)viewml.diff
    PS: If this patch does not work, please let me know.
