Wow, I hadn't expected a ruling so soon! Can't say I am surprised. I imagine this is the first step moving that way however. I think a precedent is set by this judge that says "we need to spec this out more." So maybe now that process will get started. I think it would be a good thing to have clearly defined rules and specs for sure.
