As to a finance person, my opinion as there are no financial issues
now or in the *short term* future, I'm not too concerned about it.
Certainly if somebody wants to step up great. But I'd venture we
could leave it open until the need arises, rather than shove someone
in just to have them there if nobody volunteers.

We also can have 2 people per sub group, but some only have one right
now. I don't mind that either, if thats the way it falls out. I want
people in there who want to be there.
